Our Airbnb is fantastic. It's right in the heart of the cute town and all 6 of us have a bed to sleep in alone. Obviously the first thing we do is getting breakfastš and the a tons of chores as resupplying, sealing my holes I made in my pants, shop gloves, change out gear at the post office out of my bounce boxes (exchanged to a bigger sleepingbag, long pants and finally my new sunglasses arrived! They are huge in my face but good. The ones I was wearing I picked up in the desert on the trail! Someone lost them and mine were broken so it just worked out, but they were totally scratched. So I am super glad I finally see clearly now againš). And get food again for dinner. That filled up all day. Pie Town is a very cute little mountain town with great views and a river. At the river people do all kind of things as fishing, stand up paddling, relaxing in one of the hot spring's, or river rafting. I really enjoyed it here. Sad we have to leave tomorrow again but it was wonderful here.
Pagosa Springs is a very cute little mountaineering town. The river goes right thru the town and has hot springs at the riverbank Real hiker trash! Back from trail, straight to resupply, eatk and charge electronics outside of walmart𤣠If you wanna cross the street you take a yellow flag, wave with it while crossing and put it back at the other side𤣠Food for another six day stretch. I am getting better but there is still room for improvement𤣠Trying to find a tiny little whole in my airmatress to fix itš¤£š
